My Story

In 2015, I experienced this internal ache and not really knowing or sure of what it was, I did know I was outgrowing my 25-year corporate career that I truly loved.  This ache turned into a desire to find my purpose in guiding and supporting others in making small, yet significant steps to enhance a balance of bringing more joy and peace into their lives.

Over the next several years, I dove fully in, researching, enrolling in courses and up leveling myself to learn to be the best version of myself and coming from a place of true peace, authenticity and love.

In 2021, my whole world started to crumble... Literally all of my feelings of safety, security and comfort came crashing down and my safety net was completely gone.  I no longer knew who I was or what my place was within this world.  I had placed this safety net in the hands of others! And when we are faced with adversity and grief we quickly learn that in order to keep going, you have to go deep within our soul and search for who we  truly are and how it is that we are meant to fit into this world.

Through much learning and introspection, my Soul Awakened to the deeper truths deep within.  The healing process I experienced through my certification in Soul Center Healing Hypnosis®, created an undeniable passion to help those who also have had their whole being and world shaken, as well as for those who would just love to experience an amazing journey of self- discovery.
